Avera is currently seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
- The Occupational Therapist is accountable for providing occupational therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication to patient, caregivers, and other providers.
Education and/or Experience
- Post graduate education is required.
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 0-6 months of experience is required.
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- State of SD license is required.
Work Schedule
- Monday -Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Occasional weekend and holiday
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
