RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional patient care to long-term residents
• Supervise and support the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Complete accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Administer medication and communicate relevant reports to the appropriate staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current LPN license in New York State
• Basic Life Support certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
