Job Description:
- NEW Grads Welcome!
- Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for home health setting in assigned county territories.
- Two options available: Guaranteed Hours or Non-Guaranteed hours.
- Responsible for maintaining weekly visit expectations through productivity requirements.
- Willingness to travel outside the area or work weekends as needed.
- Can refuse patients if on Non-Guaranteed hours option.
- Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients.
- Payment based on per visit with specific calculations for points and hours.
- All inclusive rate covering drive/travel time, visit time, documentation time, and communication time.
- Compliance with necessary credentials and regular certifications required.
