Job Description
Locums - Memphis, Tennessee, Cardiothoracic Surgery Job (IMLC Accepted)
  • Clinical Role:
    • Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
    • Dates needed: 2/21 - 3/3
    • Support Staff: 3 PA's and office staff.
    • Clinic and Call Coverage
    • How many Patients: Hospital Office 1 -2 days per week (appx 35 appointments)
    • Rounding
    • Avg patients they round on: Average 15
    • How many calls do they get while on call: less than 10.
    • How many hours does it take to Round: 2-4
    • How many times do they get called back in a 24-hr. shift: 0-2.
    • Surgeries or Procedures: CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, EVSG, TEVSG, Lung, Peripheral, Aortic dissection, carotid endarterectomy, etc.
    • The provider may also need to assist at another facility, but it is rare.
    • EMR is Athena in the office, Centricity at the Hospital
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active TN License or IMLC - Required
    • BLS Required
