• Full time
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Monday - Friday: 7:30a-5p
• 3 weeks per month, 2 weeks off 1 week on
• Need for an inpatient rounder Saturday and Sunday: 12/28 and 12/29

Clinical Details

• Number of beds: 163
• Respond to APP calls Telephone/Pager
• Avg IP 20-25 per day shared with group
• Avg Consults 10 also shared with group
• Non-invasive inpatient cardiologist to cover inpatient rounding, supported by APPs as well as testing to include supervision of stress testing, and reading EKGs, holter/event monitors, stress tests and echo
• Shared rounding and inpatient cardiology consults with physician/inpatient APP providers
• Inpatient testing shared with the group and assigned in advance during usual hospital hours
  • This is includes reading of echocardiograms and stress test
• 100% adults
• Typical Cases Seen: CHF, CP, MI, Afib, hypertensive urgency

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active PA License or IMLC
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• DEA
• ACLS, BLS

Support Staff

• APP/Mid-Level coverage available 7a-4:30p

EMR

• Cerner Powerchart necessary, EPIC preferred
