- 30-minute response time required
- 2-5 patients per shift
- Required skills: intubation (ETT/NT & newborn)
- 5-10 phone consults while on call
- ACLS, ABLS, BLS, and PALS required
- Paragon EMR
- 1-2 week credentialing
