-Duration: on-going until perm hire found

-Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p

-Outpatient; no call and no weekends

-EMR: EPIC with Dragon

-Patient volume: 10-14 per day

-Providers can do Botox if they want, EMG s preferred

-No epilepsy required

-No EMU required

-3 physicians in the practice

-2 mid-levels, 4 MAs, 1 RN, 3 schedulers

-2 exam rooms per provider

-Over 70 different diagnoses made at the facility

8Requirements: Board Certified in Neurology, CPR, BLS, CO license
