- Dates: December 23-31, Ongoing need
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with call beginning at 1500, Schedule is 7 days on followed by 7 days off
- 27,000 patients per year
- Inpatient census: 34 patients per day
- Average # of admissions per day 7-10 during the day/ 4 during the night
- 24hr call only on the weekend; shared with the CRNA.
- 81 hospital beds
- 15 ED beds
- # of surgical cases per month: approximately 175
- Bread and butter surgical cases: General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, /OB-Gyn, Optometry, and Pediatric Dental, Endoscopy (pediatrics > age 2)
- LT will not be expected to serve as backup in ER
- Must be able to provide anesthesia independently
- Certifications: BC, BLS, ACLS, PALS/APLS (American Heart Association) (AHA)
- 6-8 week credentialing
