Job Description

Master Social Worker

Social Workers help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.  Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning. This is a per diem position.   

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW). 
  • Meet all state required regulations to practice in a dialysis setting.
  • Current state licensure (e.g. LCSW, LMSW), requirements for the state of practice. 
  • Two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
