As an experienced CDL-A flatbed truck driver, you will play a vital role in transporting essential goods and materials—including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. FINANCIAL PACKAGE:

• Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can earn between $1,100.00 and $1,500.00 each week.
• Annual Pay: Annual earnings range from $57,200.00 to $78,000.00, based on experience and other factors.
• Additional pay includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.59 - $0.73 per mile, contingent on experience.
• Our $1,800 Transition Package includes a $1,000 orientation allowance for your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the details.

HOME TIME:

• Home time is structured as 2 weeks out with 34 hours at home, which may vary by division.
• We offer a range of route options; speak with a recruiter to find your ideal fit!

PET & GUEST RIDER POLICY:

• Pets are not allowed.
• After 90 days of safe driving, riders aged 7 and older can join you.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess a valid Class A CDL
2. Minimum age: 21 years
3. Must have a safe driving record.
4. No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
5. 4+ months of driving experience required.
6. Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience, but not mandatory.
7. Background check and clean drug test required.
8. Must pass a physical abilities test for flatbed duties, including lifting a 90-pound tarp.
