Skills Required of the Urgent Care NP Opportunity:

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Valid state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of OR or ability to obtain
• Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
• Proficiency in performing minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
