Duties: Securing Loads, Tarping, and Pulling Flatbed trailers Must have current CDL for over the road commercial driving. Driver responsible for making sure loads get tarped, strapped, and secured properly. Driver must be professional, safety conscious, and follow rules/laws of the Department of Transportation. Driver must pass pre employment drug screen/alcohol tests. Driver must have a current medical card. Driver must be able to drive a truck and trailer that has a gross weight of 80,000 lbs 2 mon. experience required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Maintain a CDL License. Worksite 8835 S Highway 99, Prague, OK 74864. $24.66/hr Mon-Fri; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 700am-600pm. OT may be available at $36.99/hr. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid bi-weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
