We can provide that for you!nnKey Responsibilities & DutiesnnDispenses and oversees medication management with oversight from the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of NursingnSupervises the Certified Nursing Assistants on a shift to shift basisnReviews Medication Administration RecordsnCommunicates daily or as needed with PhysiciansnAssists Director of Nursing with monitoring chart accuracy and completion.nAssesses and evaluates resident issues and medical concernsnDocuments incidental occurrences and other pertinent resident medical/care information
