Marketers on Demand (MoD) is seeking a Bilingual Proposal Specialist for one of our esteemed clients. This role can be based in either Toronto or Montreal and offers an exceptional contract opportunity with strong potential for growth.

As a Proposal Specialist, you will manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills, contribute to impactful projects, and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the meetings to identify strategy and tactics for proposals

• Write and edit client-focused service offerings tailored to each opportunity

• Develop information packages, proposals, and client presentations

• Oversee the entire process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, conducting peer reviews, delivering final outputs, and tracking win/loss outcomes.

• Use MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite to create client-facing materials and templates

Key Qualifications:

• Preferred 5+ years of communication, proposal, sales and/or marketing B2B experience

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft creative, client-centric content with a high level of detail

• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills – must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff

• High attention to detail and proficiency in editing and proofreading

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel
