Experience
- Must have Education background in IT and 7-9 years of experience, having worked on End User IT Equipment setup and management including Windows 10, Windows 11, Group Policies, Security Compliance, Intune, SCCM/Microsoft Defender
- Experience with IT Support calls tracking and documentation
- Strong business communication skills and attention to detail, with emphasis on delivery timelines and expectation management
- Ability to handle and resolving IT issues remotely and direct client facing
- Experience in a start-up organization / project where end to end IT Scoping & implementation was executed (Infrastructure, custom developed application as well as packaged)
- Ability to assess and handle Inventory management
- Documentation skills including managing Standard Operating Procedures, Service Improvement measures.
- Experience in handling multiple IT Projects and IT Set ups
- Experience of working across multiple time zones and supporting multiple geographies will be advantageous.
Education : Minimum: BE - IT/MCA or global equivalent degree
Additional: Post graduate (MBA) or global equivalent degree, IT - Technical certification (GNIIT, Microsoft, ITIL, PMP, etc.)
