Human Resources Manager
Robert Half is seeking a HR Manger for one of our Downtown clients within Professional Services. This role oversees HR initiatives, projects combined workflows while ensuring productivity while fostering satisfaction among employees. The potential candidate must espouse the company values and vision to help preserve an encouraging organizational culture that aligns with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance recruitment practices, HR procedures, and job developments
- Serve as an advisor to stakeholders on employee relations, addressing workplace issues and mediating disputes
- Ensure statutory compliance in HR functions
- Administer employee benefits and manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) records
- Advise the Health and Safety Committee on HR-related matters
- Facilitate performance evaluations, manage feedback, and supervise onboarding through HRIS
Requirements:
- Progressive experience (7+) in Human Resources, with at least one year as a team manager/supervisor role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business
- Familiarity with the employment law
- Excellent leadership, communication, and comprehension skills
- Proven experience in facilitating an equitable, diverse, and inclusive work environment
- Experience with a HRIS
This is a hybrid role within Downtown Vancouver.
