Your Role, Your Impact:
- Administer and supervise labour relations, staffing, onboarding and integrating new hires, employee development and training, benefits plans, workplace health and safety, and communication.
- Actively participate in meetings of various joint committees to manage ongoing relations between management and employees.
- Serve as an advisor to managers in administering the collective agreement and various HR management programs.
- Represent the company to municipal and government authorities in the region to maintain and develop targeted partnerships.
- Collaborate on various HR projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced unionized environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
Your Key Strengths for This Role:
Education : University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
Experience : At least 10 years in a unionized setting with a generalist profile.
Skills : Proficiency in Office Suite (Word and Excel), mastery of English (French is an asset), ability to act as a change agent, high professional ethics, and strong conflict-resolution skills.
