Our client is a large 3PL warehouse operation. The site that this General Manager will lead is a 500,000+ sq. ft. multi-client facility including a number of large clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• day to day operations
• site financial results
• employee relations and development
• site safety and security

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years leadership experience managing 3PL operations of similar size and scope
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with WMS systems (Manhattan preferred)
• Excellent Customer Service Skills with External Customers
• Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
• Excellent talent management and team building skills
