Our client is a large 3PL warehouse operation. The site that this General Manager will lead is a 500,000+ sq. ft. multi-client facility including a number of large clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- day to day operations
- site financial results
- employee relations and development
- site safety and security
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years leadership experience managing 3PL operations of similar size and scope
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with WMS systems (Manhattan preferred)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills with External Customers
- Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
- Excellent talent management and team building skills
