Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Location: Arizona
Type of Facility: 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Specialize in post-operative care, particularly for hip replacements
- Work one-on-one with patients in a 1:1 ratio
- Collaborate with a team of 2 PTs and 3 PTAs
- Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
Requirements:
- Active Arizona PT license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient and post-operative care
