Job description includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring safety of each child on the ward, including monitoring of symptoms and conditions; Supervision of MHTA staff on the wards; Attending meetings CTP, morning meeting, TPR's, discharge, etc.; Noting of prescriber orders; Medication pass and health/medication teaching; Conducts nursing assessments; Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.; Maintains and updates patient records; Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
