Our located is seeking a full-time permanent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. This CRNA will be joining an established team to administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures. This facility is located in the within commutable distance to Florida and Georgia. The ideal provider has a minimum of one year of experience as a CRNA and can start within 30 days.
Job Responsibilities of the CRNA:
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists in a supervision model, maintaining a ratio of 4 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist.
- Assess patients' medical histories and current health status to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan tailored to individual needs.
- Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia, as well as sedation, as required for diverse surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications, providing prompt intervention and support as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient responses, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities to stay abreast of advancements in anesthesia techniques, technologies, and best practices.
Minimum qualifications for the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA): - Minimum of one year of experience as a CRNA

- Current or eligible to obtain an Alabama license
