Comprehensive Medical and Dental 2 weeks Vacation to start 401k Bonuses Career Growth Job Details ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Successfully navigate the permit process to establish the development rights for parcels of land Develop & monitor project schedules and timelines for predevelopment, design, entitlement and construction Monitor quality and compliance with contract documents Work with the Contracts and oversee the bidding process Review reports from varied consultants (waterproofing, structural, architectural, environmental surveys, etc.) Manage contracts/billing to meet budget numbers Oversee consultants to coordinate final approvals by public agencies Oversee Superintendents/Laborers/Subcontractors to ensure they are meeting schedules and contract requirements Travel to job site(s) required EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Experience as Project Manager or Superintendent in Construction industry MANDATORY Entitlements experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred Extremely organized with excellent time management and attention to detail Team player with strong work ethic Interested in hearing more?
