Position: OBGYN Physician
Location: MOStart Date: ASAP
Length/Need: 1 physician needed, until December or more
Travel & Lodging will be covered or reimbursedMedical Malpractice will be coveredSchedule:- Clinic only
- Avg call 24 hr.
Details: - Practice Setting- Inpatient
- Patients per shift: 9 (6 Day, 3 Night)
- Beds in dept. 12 LDR + 3 Low intervention rooms (midwifery)
- EMR is EPIC
- Trauma Level 1 & 2
- 2500 deliveries per year
Procedures & skills required: - Low risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
- OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation
- Routine delivery, Vagina, Low forceps
- Decision-making for c-section
- Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
- Surgical gynecology - Open
- Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation
- Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
Requirements:- Board Eligible or Certified
- Active MO license
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Clean Malpractice
