• 4 days a week
• 8a-5p
• 24 hour call coverage one weekend per month
• Needing weekly clinic coverage - 4 weeks a month

Clinical Details

• Outpatient Clinic sessions, care for spasticity patients including botox treatment, spinal cord injury management, general MSK PM&R, EMG studies
• No supervision required

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active VT License or IMLC
• BLS
• Required Procedures: Botox for spasticity management
• Procedures Preferred: Electrodiagnostic, Joint injections
