Job Details:
  • Start Date: Jan 2025
  • Contract Length: 6+ months
  • Schedule: Full time & some weekends and night call (infrequent)
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Clinical hours & calls
  • Shift Details: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call
  • Patients per day: 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs
  • Patient Population/Age: 18 and above.
  • Skills Required: 80% Hem 20% Onc
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Board Certified
  • License Required: CT State license required
  • DEA: required.
  • Certification: ACLS and BLS
  • Minimum Experience Required: 3 years.
  • Malpractice Clean Preferred
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
