• Job Title - Superintendent - Multi-Family
• Location - Travelling across the Carolinas (Local Supers can be considered if in Charlotte, NC or Raleigh,NC - due to high volume of work)
• Salary - Up too $160k +Benefits (listed below)

**Multiple roles open - for both the Ground Up division & Rehab division**

Requirements:

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Ground up experience OR Rehab experience (opening in each division)
• Travel throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia as needed.
