About the Position:
We are looking for a talented legal writing attorney who can work remotely and contribute to our practice areas, including child injury, birth injury, and commercial vehicle accidents. This role requires exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, briefs, motions, and correspondence.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Preparing comprehensive legal memoranda and reports.
- Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure precision and clarity in legal documents.
- Staying current with legal trends and developments to support case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in at least one state.
- A minimum of 3 years of legal writing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and practice management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Work Location/Hours:
