Overview :
The Data Analyst will support Patient Services Operations, playing a key role in improving patient outcomes and service programs. The role involves providing data collection, aggregation, and analysis to measure the impact of various therapeutic areas and patient services. The successful candidate will use statistical methodologies, SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools to deliver insights on projects, focusing on patient outcomes, profiling, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
Responsibilities :
- Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data using SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools to measure team impact on various patient services projects.
- Analyze patient data to assess outcomes within service programs, focusing on the patient journey.
- Provide insights into patient profiling and segmentation to optimize services and outreach efforts.
- Contribute to predictive modeling efforts to enhance patient services and improve overall patient outcomes.
- Work closely with different therapeutic areas, collaborating on various projects and ensuring successful data collection and reporting.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven insights for senior management and stakeholders, aiding in decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong technical understanding of data analysis tools, with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and potentially R Studio.
- Experience managing diverse IT projects, with a solid understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Ability to interpret complex patient service data to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of various patient programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge in applying statistical methodologies to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to coordinate multiple IT functions, resources, and processes to ensure seamless project execution.
