The Service Manager  is responsible for providing leadership in FOH Operations consistent with Restaurant strategy and the direction of the General Manager and Director of Operations. The Service Manager  must effectively control scheduling and labor costs, train and educate staff, maintain consistency of service quality and standards, manage ordering and inventory, and contribute to the maintenance of shared facilities and equipment.

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends with FULL TIME AVAILABILITY.
