- Get on the ground floor for an exciting new casual food concept opening, that has the potential to expand fast
- Flexible hours for morning and night shifts, as well as the opportunity to work on projects at either of Long Hospitality's concept locations

- Gain a full working knowledge of all menu items, recipes, prep lists, and setup for your station
- Keep a clean and sanitary station
Shortlist of your responsibilities:
- Oversees daily kitchen operations and quality control
- Oversees team work standards
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all stations and overall kitchen
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes with the ability to execute them to the same standard each time
- Ensures proper station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always has members check out with them
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
- Participating in the preparation and development of new menu items
- Hone your existing skills while learning new techniques and building your skill set to advance
- Collaborate with both your colleagues in the kitchen along with FOH staff
Experience with Chinese and Korean cuisine is not necessary, but certainly a plus.
