Job Description:

At Rudolph Community & Care, we are seeking a Program Director to oversee up to three houses. Each house supports between two to four individuals and has its own Program Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction and success of RCC through active participation in weekly leadership meetings and direct involvement in program operations.


This is not a remote position; Program Directors are expected to spend 60% of their time visiting and supervising programs onsite, with the remaining time in the office.


Key Responsibilities:

Mission, Vision, and Values:

  • Understand and champion RCC’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Make strategic decisions that align with RCC’s goal of being the community of choice for all stakeholders.

Program Supervision:

  • Oversee programming functions, maintain schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Provide supervision, training, and coaching to Program Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
  • Ensure program quality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Be available on-call for staff issues and emergencies.

Compliance and Licensing:

  • Prepare for and participate in licensing and relicensing meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with 245D requirements.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served and other stakeholders.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist HR in conducting investigations as needed.

Meetings:

  • Facilitate regular meetings with Program Managers.
  • Attend monthly supervisor meetings and scheduled L10 leadership meetings.

Other Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading/managing staff.
  • Strong knowledge of 245D licensing and person-centered planning.
  • Experience in strategic planning, crisis management, and financial management.

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing program performance.
  • Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of ethical and regulatory standards in the field.
