Summary: Drive sales on ________.com by developing and executing quarterly business plans to increase total sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly business plans to drive HHP/NC sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with NC teams to create joint business plans with associated investments to reach sales targets.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to understand conversion and traffic drivers, including conversion funnel, promotional lift, and marketing activities.
- Work closely with Channel Marketing to develop campaigns, improve content, and enhance messaging to customers to boost traffic and qualified leads.
- Analyze promotion performance by customer cohorts to understand performance drivers and create targeted offer strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase collaboration and investment in the Mobile Enhancement category.
Knowledge, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce or a related industry. MBA preferred.
- Experience managing eCommerce categories of $50 million+ and proven success in growing eCommerce categories through innovative strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results by partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving business execution and delivering against revenue and profit targets.
- Proven success in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to changing priorities without loss of performance or productivity.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at various organizational levels.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel; Tableau preferred.
- Structured and process-oriented approach to solving business and operational problems with a highly agile mindset.
