Redpath Partners are proud to be working alongside a long standing, New York family office who have been invested in U.S Real Estate markets for many years - both as an investment partner, working with other developers and now more recently, as a General Partner, executing on their own deals. With circa $1bn in residential portfolio currently under management, the group have a strong appetite in 2025 and beyond to seek out value-add, multifamily investment opportunities across U.S markets.


Candidate


As a Senior Investment Analyst, your key function will be to support the Investment management function and executive team with the underwriting of both on market and off market multifamily investment opportunities. The position will supervise and manage the investment progress, construction progress and operation performance of LP and GP projects Your role requirements will include but not be limited to:


  • Gathering key information on investment projects, undertaking a full underwriting process including renovation/construction cost and scope, rent comps and sale comps analysis, operation expenses, SWOT and sensitivity analysis.
  • Work with VP Acquisition to draft a preliminary business plan for GP opportunities.
  • Support, review and organization of due diligence information across departments, involved in the bid process.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing LOIs, PSAs, and JV contracts and other contracts to coordinate the closing.
  • Create internal monthly reports, forecast investment risks, opportunities and returns, and make recommendations to the Asset Management Department
  • Attend meetings, represent the Company to ask questions and dedicate tasks, create meeting notes and share with the team
  • Assist the SVP Investment and the VP Acquisition to evaluate the sale of the project by conducting market research and making recommendations in investment disposition plans


Candidate


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, finance, economics, math, architecture, statistics, or accounting) from a reputable college Qualifications: Over 4 years of experience in underwriting, including 3+ years in real estate development/investment, consulting, or private equity.
  • Strong understanding of real estate valuation, knowledgeable about the U.S. multifamily real estate sector.
  • Skills: Quick learner with strong analytical and business thinking; proficient in research, data organization, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, RealPage, AxioMetrics, and Costar is a plus.
  • Personality: Positive, energetic, detail-oriented, and resilient.
