Catalyst Life Sciences is partnered with a national pharma company seeking a Manager of QC Microbiology to join their NJ based team. This is a large and fast growing client with excellent room for internal growth. You'll be joining the team in a period of growth and will be able to assist with making additional hires.

To be successful you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology lab
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
• 5+ years experience working with aseptic sterile filling processes
• Experience in media fill validation work, process/release testing, and managing environmental monitoring
