We are recovery-focused and have a psychosocial rehabilitation philosophy of care.
The team comprises a counselor, a case manager, and a person with lived experience.
This experience could be your personal journey or the journey of a parent of a child with a diagnosed mental illness/addictive disease.
We work primarily in schools during the school term.
We also provide services via telehealth, home, and community-based services.
We serve three counties in Rural Georgia: Bulloch, Candler, and Emanuel counties.
