We are seeking a full-time Endoscopy RN/LPN to join our GI West Clinic located in SW Portland. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for a highly motivated, personable and organized candidate with a passion for quality patient care and detail-oriented work ethic. The ideal candidate will have prior acute care/recovery experience.
Primary duties include admission and recovery of patients, monitoring patients, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, collecting specimens, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, and assisting with the overall delivery of patient care in the department.
Workdays will be full-time Monday-Friday (shifts will be 4/10-hour shifts, day off variable) Start times can vary.
Starting pay range, based on experience:
RN:
  • Level I: $43.78-$59.24 per hour.
  • Level II: $48.16-$65.16 per hour.
LPN:
  • LEVEL I: $31.00-41.93 per hour.
  • LEVEL II: $34.09-$46.16 per hour.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:
  • Current Oregon RN/LPN license.
  • Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an acute care/recovery setting is preferred.
  • Prior experience with EPIC a plus.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and office staff, patients and their families.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
