The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and promoting optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform and monitor hemodialysis treatments, including preparing and operating dialysis machines and related equipment. Assess and document patient conditions before, during, and after treatment, addressing any issues or complications promptly. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and fluid treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Monitor and evaluate vascular access sites for signs of infection or dysfunction. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and remain current with best practices in dialysis care. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 3 experience in hemodialysis or related nursing practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare setting focused on chronic disease management.
