Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ 10 or more years of expereince
+ Background in Site/Land Development
+ PE required
+ Expereince managing people and projects
+ Leadership capabilities

RESPONSONSIBILITIES
+ This position is someone that is on the verge of becoming a VP and YES that is you that will become to VP
+ Establishment of project teams, management and evaluation of staff, on-the-job coaching and training
+ Seeking and communicating potential new business leads, communicate expertise of firm to potential or existing clients, proactively meeting with key clients to discuss projects/performance and other business opportunities
