This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.

Responsibilities
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
- Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Leading cross-functional team communication to drive quality assurance and process improvements; being capable of prioritizing clients’ demands and decision making under limited time
- Project communication and engagement with customers and internal teams during pilot manufacturing and production launches.
- Supporting root cause investigation and analysis next to the lineside, MRB area, and warehouse
- Implementing quality standards for the products and third party to assure current products meet our clients’ expectation
- Support and engage quality Department staff to understand technical and quality requirements on products when requested.
- Maintain a good professional relationship with customers and sustain a good understanding of customer's business needs and quality assurance requirements
- Travel between client's and office location.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent in experience
- 2 years' of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
- Great project management skills (around 2-3 years of project management and product development in interior and exterior is a plus).
- Acknowledge GD&T and UG(3D).
- Excellent teamwork capability and communication skills, Strong hands-on ability.
- Experience in 8D analysis, PFMEA, hypothesis testing, and material planning is a strong preference
- Must be detail-oriented, with a quality mindset, and have the ability to provide details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with automotive OEMs and supplier environments is a plus
- Mandarin speaker is a plus
