You Will Need:

• DDS/DMD Degree: Hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and an active, unrestricted Kentucky license.
• Comprehensive Dentistry Skills: Showcase your ability in practicing comprehensive dentistry and address a full range of oral health issues.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Maintain a strong desire for professional growth through continued learning.
• Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Be willing to become credentialed with various insurance plans to assure patient coverage.

Physical Requirements:

• Essential Duties Performance: Be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with accommodations when necessary.
