About the Office:

Alfa Dentistry is a unique practice dedicated to fostering community relationships. With support from a practice manager and a skilled on-site team, you'll benefit from Heartland Dental’s extensive resources.

• Collaborate with a 9-member team focused on communication and community impact
• Work a 2-day schedule (Mondays 8 am - 5 pm & Tuesdays 11 am - 7 pm)

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of PA
• Clinical expertise in comprehensive dentistry and oral health analysis
• Passion for continuous learning and skill enhancement to meet patient needs
• Ability to credential with dental insurance plans
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and safeguarding protected health information (PHI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of clinical experience
• Experience with Invisalign and Molar Endo

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
• Capable of prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training as required
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment (details provided in pre-employment process)
