What We're Looking For:

  • DDS/DMD Degree: Must possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and hold an active, unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Dedication to Excellence: A strong commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care while fostering trust and comfort.

  • Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Willingness and ability to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure patients have seamless coverage.

Physical Requirements:

  • Essential Duties Performance: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Physical Stamina: Capability of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds as needed.
