Analyze manufacturing costs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate with plant teams to ensure accurate reporting of production and inventory data. Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting. Conduct on-site visits to facilities (minimal travel) to ensure alignment with accounting practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
