Role Description

This is a full-time Litigation Associate role based on-site in the La Jolla - UTC area. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling legal matters including legal research, preparing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in various courts in California and throughout the country.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Legal Research and Legal Writing.
• Experience in conducting Depositions and appearing in Court.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Bar membership.
• Strong Academic Performance
