Job Description
The Marketing & Technology Coordinator will prepare and distribute marketing materials both internally and externally while integrating relevant technology tools and platforms to streamline marketing distribution and operations. This role requires a blend of creative marketing expertise and technical proficiency to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and improve marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations and ongoing enhancement of marketing technology processes, platforms, and materials.
- Serve as a dependable resource for knowledge regarding marketing technology processes, platforms, and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in resolving issues and addressing concerns, taking a solution-oriented approach while continuously improving relationships and processes.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to connect people, platforms, processes, and products, aiming to optimize the marketing technology portfolio and drive operational efficiency, growth, user adoption, and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to expanding knowledge and enhancing technical skills.
- Perform other miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of marketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, & DocuSign software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
