About the Role: Swing Floor Manager

We are searching for a passionate, dedicated  Swing Manager  that can travel from store to store to help support and lead our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing our concept, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service in a lively, fast-paced setting at all of our locations in Los Angeles.

This position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays —we’re looking for team members who are excited to be part of the action when the restaurant is at its busiest. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and cocktails, even if you’re still developing your experience. We want to mold enthusiastic team members into hospitality leaders!

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment   where every guest feels special, from the moment they walk in until they leave.
  • Lead a team of hosts, servers, and beverage staff   during each shift, ensuring all service standards and operating procedures are met.
  • Add positive energy   to the daily operations of the restaurant, bringing enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude to the team.
  • Develop a strong partnership   with our chefs and kitchen team, fostering a harmonious relationship between the front and back of house.
  • Assist in the hiring process, helping to identify and onboard new front-of-house team members who align with our values and brand.
  • Understand and manage  restaurant costs   including product receiving, invoice entry, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage  labor and scheduling , ensuring compliance with labor laws, break policies, and overtime regulations.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of the  financial aspects of the restaurant , including PCL, petty cash, and inventory reporting.
  • Handle customer service duties such as reservations, large-format orders, and our exclusive Fusilli Club.
  • Take responsibility for  maintaining cleanliness   and overseeing regular cleaning projects to ensure a spotless environment for guests.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle challenges with a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Desire to learn and grow as a leader, with a love for coaching and developing others
  • Ability to work  nights, weekends, and holidays   to support the flow of our all-day, every-day operations.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification   and Anti-Harassment Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and engage with guests for extended periods.
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, and lift items up to 75 pounds.
  • Must have good vision, depth perception, and focus to ensure a safe and hospitable environment.
