Budget management : Create and manage the event budget, allocating funds, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the event stays within budget
Planning and execution : Plan and execute events for internal and external purposes, including award shows, exhibitions, fashion shows, and political rallies.
Logistics : Oversee all logistical details, including finding speakers, sending out invitations, and coordinating technical aspects
Safety : Ensure the event meets all required safety regulations
Post-event analysis : Write a post-event analysis to evaluate how the event went and what could be improved
Risk management : Identify and manage potential risks
Team leadership : Provide guidance and instruction to a working group, and delegate work
Event managers at LBP are also expected to reach out to potential sponsors and collaborators, advertise events through multiple channels, and Maintain accurate records of all expenditures.
