Job Details We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Robert's pizza and Dough Company. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and fostering a positive work environment for our team that translates to memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team management, guest experience, financial and operational performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
- Coordinate and schedule the team to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Implement and oversee health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute training strategies and curriculum to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation in the community.
