We are looking for talented Sous / Executive Chefs to join our team!
Candidates must be comfortable in a high-volume, open kitchen setting.
This is a different opportunity than others.
Here, you will be in charge of yourself, and one other person. You will be operating as a small business. Experience in ordering and time management is key here.
This is a grab and go concept, open Monday through Friday. Plan on 50-60 hours a week to be successful.
Your compensation is based on a percentage of sales. The more you move the more you make. If your not making more than 100k per year neither of us will be satisfied.

Requirements:
- Rock solid Reliability
- Understanding for the importance of standards
- Able to communicate effectively with guest
- 2 years experience working as a Sous of higher
- Must have positive attitude, self-motivated
