The range of compensation is $17 - $18/hour plus tips.

The Server Assistant/Porter represents the restaurant with the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness. The Server Assistant/Porter must interact with the employees and management in a professional and collaborative manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Buses tables of dishware and sanitizes tables so it is thoroughly cleaned
- Polishes glassware and stores safely
- Assists servers in bringing drink and food orders tableside
- Removes and breaks down boxes from receiving area
- Assists FOH team in service, sidework and the guest experience
- Sorts and disposes of trash (compost, recycling, and garbage)
- May assist Dishwasher when needed in:
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the dish area at all times
- Cleans and sanitizes all areas and surfaces of the restaurant including the exterior before and after service
- Cleans and sanitizes dirty glassware, flatware, plate ware, kitchenware, and grill parts for cleaning before, during, and after service
Work Environment - Involves standing and walking the entire shift
- Involves holding objects with hands
- Involves reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
- Involves lifting, moving, and carrying at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift
